SEVEN SIGNS YOUR POLARITIES ARE REVERSED

Thursday, September 17th, 2009

In a nutshell…when your polarities are
energetically reversed, nothing works the
way it is supposed to.

Here are some signs yours could be out of
whack:

#1. Your good vitamin supplements don’t
give you any energy

#2. Your mind is foggy and unclear

#3. You can’t seem to focus on your
heart’s desire

#4.Energy healing techniques (I.E.-EFT)
don’t seem to be working

#5. You take a self-improvement class and
things seem to get worse instead of better.

#6. Nothing seems to go your way

#8. You feel run down and drained

(Any of these rigning a bell for you?)

How do Your Polarities get Reversed Anyway?

“““““““““““““““““““
• Any shock or trauma to your system,
I.E. surgery, grief, loss

• EMF transmissions- people who work with
computers a lot and other electrical appliances
can get out of balance easily.

• Florescent lighting is one of the worst
sources of ‘draining energy there is”

• The sonic vibrations from aircraft passing
overhead can affect your polarities

• Too much alcohol, drugs

• Airline travel (the magnetism from the plane
is incredible)

• Anything causing loud, disruptive energy
I.E. fighting, hard music, fear

• Overloading on white sugar and junk food

There are many other things that can cause
imbalance but these are some of the main ones.

*** Easiest Remedy: This is straight from Spirit.
It should be done every morning and as often as
you think of it. (See below)

Energy exercise: Imagine a line of light going
up from your crown to your higher self point
(18 to 24 inches above your head)

Now imagine that same line of light connecting
down to the earth’s magnetic core.

Imagine this line of light straight from the
Higher self point, down the central channel
and passing through the perineum
(that point between the anus and genitalia)
downward.

At the same time, place the tip of your tongue
at the roof of your mouth.

Once practiced, this can be done in less than
a second.

Add strength to the exercise by
doing a quick “clench” as you imagine the
line passing through the perineum.

*** Herbal remedies: The body should be supported
by nutrition as well as energy exercises.

According to master herbalist Keith R Smith…

(You may know Keith most for his contribution
(ch 4) to the book, “The Indigo Children, The new
Kids are Here”)

Back to what Keith Smith says…polarity imbalance
is one of the greatest causes of dis-ease today.

Keith puts all his patients on a formula he
created just for the purpose of keeping polarities
in balance.

My favorite health company, “New Sun”
manufactures it for him. Keith also recommends
a homeopathic spray called ‘Bio reset’ to go
along with this.

***One more Remedy:
I have created a video to help you “tap” for
balance. This is also a nice demo of Dr Pat Carrington’s, “Choices” method.

SAVE TIME

Thursday, September 10th, 2009

Here’s a tip that will save you time from continually checking those blogs. You’ll be able to go to one place to read your favorite blogs’ updates, eliminating the need to wander from site to site to see if they’ve updated.

It’s called SUBSCRIBING.

Here’s a simple guide for explaining what it means to subscribe to a blog, how to do it, and most importantly, why it makes your life simpler.

What is RSS?
RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication.” It’s a little piece of technology that allows you to receive up-to-date information from sites in one spot, where you can then read them on your own time. Many times, a blog’s RSS is simply called a “feed.”

RSS subscription
Think of it as you would subscribing to a magazine or newspaper. It comes to your mailbox when they have new stuff to give you.

What’s an RSS Reader?
An RSS reader is a place you go to read your feeds. One very popular, free, ‘easy-to-use’ one is Google Reader. If you don’t have a Gmail account, you’ll need one. Set one up: Gmail account in minutes.

RS icons Smart blogs make it easy to subscribe. You’ll see little buttons that say ‘RSS’ (or sometimes ‘XML’ or ‘ATOM’), and you can click on those to take you through the steps. The common, universal symbol is an orange box with three white diagonal stripes. Sometimes you’ll also see a little button with a subscription count, and clicking on that will let you subscribe as well.

Smart browsers, like Firefox, also make it easy to subscribe. To the right of a site’s URL, you’ll see an orange or blue icon if it has a feed.

Click on that, and you’ll be able to subscribe. You’ll want to make sure your preferred RSS Reader is defaulted in your browser. Go to your ‘preferences,’ and choose Google Reader, Bloglines, or whatever as your default choice.

Why should I bother subscribing?
It’s simpler. And you won’t miss out on anything!

Subscribing makes your life simpler because:
1. It saves you time. Instead of you going to all the sites you enjoy, they come to you. And they only come to you when they have something new to share.

2. It saves you mental energy. You don’t have to remember the sites you want to read – they’re all waiting for you in your reader.

What Do I Do Now?
1. Sign up for an account with an RSS reader ( I suggest Google Reader).

2. Click on one of the buttons to subscribe to a blog.

3. Repeat with all your other favorite blogs.

4. Ask questions or share your thoughts in the comment section of this post.

Was this helpful for you? Do you have any other questions? I’d love to hear your feedback. Thanks to Jenn Lawlor.
